Langley Concrete achieves 1,520 days without a lost time incident and wins Canadian safety award (No Harm Podcast Episode 28)
In episode 28 of the No Harm Health and Safety Podcast, Marv visits the Langley Concrete Group in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Langley Concrete has had a strong safety culture for more than 60 years, but sadly, there was a fatality in one of their plants a number of years ago. This led to them to developing an even stronger culture and now they are celebrating 1,520 days (so far) without a lost time incident. Marv talks to President, Mark Omelaniek and Safety & Training Coordinator, Greg Henderson about how the team at the plant bonded together to achieve this result.
